TERMS & POLICIES

Wildpraize Music & Media Productions
Effective September 2026

Thank you for choosing Wildpraize Music & Media. These policies are designed to keep projects clear, timely, and fair for both the Client and Wildpraize Music & Media.

By submitting payment or authorizing work to begin, the Client agrees to the following terms.

PAYMENT

Projects of $100 or less require full payment before work begins.

Projects over $100 require a minimum 50% deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance is due before final artwork is released.

Payments covering work already completed are non-refundable.

Additional services, revisions, redesigns, rush requests, or work outside the original scope may require additional payment.

REVISIONS & REDESIGNS

Standard design projects include up to three revision rounds, unless otherwise stated.

A revision is a reasonable adjustment to the approved design direction.

A major change to the layout, concept, style, colors, photo treatment, composition, or previously approved direction may be considered a redesign, not a standard revision.

If a Client rejects a design direction, requests a different direction, and later asks to return to the previous version, that request may count as an additional revision or redesign.

Additional revision or redesign fees will be communicated before the work continues.

Clients should review each proof carefully and submit corrections together whenever possible.

CREATIVE DIRECTION

Wildpraize Music & Media uses professional creative judgment to interpret each Client's vision.

Clients are responsible for clearly communicating their preferred direction, colors, wording, photographs, sizing, references, and other important details.

Reference artwork may be used for inspiration and direction but will not be copied or reproduced as another designer's work.

Changes in Client direction may affect pricing and turnaround time.

COMMUNICATION

Project details and revisions should be submitted in writing whenever possible.

Phone calls and voice notes may be used for discussion, but Wildpraize Music & Media may require written confirmation of corrections, approvals, or major changes.

Wildpraize Music & Media is not responsible for misunderstandings caused by incomplete, conflicting, or unclear instructions.

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround begins after required payment and necessary project materials are received.

Deadlines may change due to delayed Client responses, missing information, additional revisions, redesigns, or changes in project scope.

Rush and same-day service are based on availability and may require an additional fee unless included in a promotion.

CLIENT-SUPPLIED MATERIALS

The Client is responsible for providing accurate text, photographs, logos, names, dates, contact information, and other materials.

The Client confirms that they own or have permission to use any photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork, or other content submitted for a project.

Wildpraize Music & Media is not responsible for copyright or ownership disputes involving materials supplied by the Client.

PROOFREADING & FINAL APPROVAL

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork before approval, including spelling, names, titles, dates, times, addresses, photographs, pricing, and contact information.

Once artwork is approved as final, additional changes may require a fee.

Wildpraize Music & Media is not responsible for Client-approved errors discovered after posting, publication, printing, or final delivery.

AI USE, COPYING & CREATIVE WORK

Wildpraize Music & Media's original creative work, including layouts, compositions, typography treatments, branding concepts, graphic arrangements, and human-created design elements, may not be copied, traced, reproduced, resold, or commercially recreated without authorization.

Clients and third parties may not take artwork from Wildpraize Music & Media's website, portfolio, social media, or delivered projects and use it in generative AI or other automated systems for the purpose of recreating, imitating, or producing substantially similar designs without written permission.

Wildpraize Music & Media designs may not be given to AI systems or another designer for recreation in an effort to avoid paying for revisions, additional design services, source files, or licensing.

Use of AI within any portion of a project does not transfer ownership of Wildpraize Music & Media's independently created human-authored design, composition, arrangement, editing, branding, or creative direction.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

Upon full payment, the Client receives the agreed rights to use the completed final artwork for its intended purpose.

Wildpraize Music & Media retains ownership of unused concepts, preliminary designs, working files, creative processes, and materials not specifically transferred in writing.

Third-party fonts, photographs, stock images, trademarks, and licensed materials remain subject to their respective owners' terms.

SOURCE & EDITABLE FILES

Purchase of a completed design does not automatically include editable or source files.

PSD, Illustrator, layered, template, or other working files must be specifically included in the agreement or purchased separately.

PORTFOLIO USE

Unless confidentiality has been agreed to in writing, Wildpraize Music & Media may display completed work on its website, social media, portfolio, advertising, award submissions, and other promotional materials.

PRINTING

Printing requires final Client approval and payment before production begins.

Once an approved file has been submitted for printing, the order may not be canceled or revised.

The Client is responsible for reviewing all information before approving print production.

Wildpraize Music & Media is not responsible for Client-approved errors or delays caused by third-party printers, shipping providers, or vendors outside of its control.

PROJECT INACTIVITY & CANCELLATION

Projects may be placed on hold or closed when required materials, feedback, or communication are not received within a reasonable period.

Restarting an inactive or canceled project may require a new payment and will be scheduled according to current availability.

If the Client cancels after work has begun, payment for work already completed is non-refundable.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR END SERVICE

Wildpraize Music & Media reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary, including for nonpayment, abusive or threatening communication, repeated policy violations, copyright concerns, illegal content, or circumstances that prevent the project from being completed professionally.

LIABILITY

Wildpraize Music & Media's financial liability relating to any project will not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that specific project, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

POLICY UPDATES

Wildpraize Music & Media reserves the right to update these policies as its services and business practices evolve.

The policies in effect when a project begins will apply to that project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
